Each score returns a category (hot/warm/cold/dormant), a one-line reason citing the strongest signal, and a verb-led next action. Brand-new leads with no signals are capped at 50.

Every table is row-level-security protected by user_id. The MCP server, edge functions, and AI assistant all act under your JWT — there is no service-role-bearer bypass anywhere. The AI cannot read another tenant's contacts. Untrusted user content is wrapped in a DATA block with explicit guardrails so prompt injection doesn't pivot the AI.
